languageswitcherload not available in modules positions

Hi, I am using multilanguage Joomla with mixstore template.
As far as I can see in template module positions the head of the template contains languageswitcherload position
how can I set the language switcher module position to this position? It is not available in the list of positions in the module settings

OK, that was my mistake, now I did it, but now I have suboptimal layout, how can I modify the positions sizes? for example I'd like to make cart, search and menu right beside the languages? right now both of the sizes of module positions are Auto and they are situated well apart from each other
