1.- Set the menu item to Published and then Set as Home.

            In the previous answer, I think you wanted to show this menu in the submenu I was confused.
            I have checked your site and see that the "Inicio" menu item showing well.
            To assign modules for this menu, you should select the position as the following screenshot:

            This is the module position of the home layout:

            I have tested with the "Listen Our Podcast On" module and see that it works well.
