In both menu item pages, you set to show articles from selected category: Carne and Pasta without articles from sub-categories of each.

However, only Pasta category has articles, Carne has no article assigned and that's why nothing displayed there.

I just set to include articles from sub-categories and it's showing now.

    I'm sorry. It's my lack of concentration. I usually don't make these mistakes. I am a little heartbroken by the death of my wife and in these cases unexpected failures can occur.
    Not all of them work. They have the same characteristics as the other categories and behave differently. I don't rule out that it is another lack of concentration on my part.
    The title is not always displayed. On one site the title is displayed twice (Pasta Recipes).
    In short, I don't understand at all why these things happen.

          Regarding to the duplicate headings, I guess you're referring to this page: https://dietapino.com/index.php/categorias/recetas-de-pasta

          The above heading is from JA Masthead module in masthead position, the below one is the Page Heading set in the menu item of this page.

          I just unassigned the masthead module from this page so it can display only 1 heading now.

            If you go to Backend >> Content >> Categories >> filter by Pasta >> you will see that there is no article assigned directly to Pasta category, there are only articles assigned to sub-categories of Pasta only. So no article displays on this page now.

            If you want to show articles from its sub-categories, you should go to menu item settings and set Include Subcategories option to All as my above screenshot.
