t4_bs5_blank with Joomla 5

I have been using T4 Page Builder with t4_bs5_blank template on my Joomla 4.4 site and all is great. I have been playing with Joomla 5 and the same template, but coming across a few issues - hopeful they are known and someone is working on an update.
