Facebook stream doesn't work

Hi Team,

I just have bought a subscription JA Extensions but JA Facebook Likebox stream doesn't work (see attachment).
Using Joomla v4.4.0 and hopefully soon migrating to v5.0.
Site is under construction.

Can you help me out or do I have to ask for refund?

Could you test with Joomla 4.3 for now and see how it goes?

I bought a subscription and hoped for a working module.

Restoring the website and check v4.3 is not what I expected.
The module Facebook Likebox is not that important.
Hopefully there will be a solution soon otherwise I will send an email asking for a refund.

This is not the paid module made by Joomlart.
Last night I found a free extension that is working very good (in J4 and J5).
I already used this module in three customer websites.

Hope I can ask for a refund?

It seems that you're using Facebook profile, while Facebook likebox is meant to Facebook Page only, could you share the URL of your Facebook page?

Or you can make a test directly in plugin page of Facebook: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/page-plugin?locale=en_US

by adding your facebook page URL there and see how it goes:
