Custom 4 hides on mobile

Hello again, I have problem with custom 4 postion. Whatever setting I do position custom 4 hides on mobile devices. Could you please check?

I added this custom css to show module in this custom 4 position:

@media screen and (max-width: 750px){
#s5_pos_custom_4 {
    display: block !important;
}
}

Well probably it worked however I tried to publish my website and after publishing it all my settings stoped working ... Please see new thread
