Confused as how to contril content on home page

Hi Guys, I am playing around with the front page of my site ad had it all as wanted. Then I changed a few category names and hierarchy and seem to have managed to get an extra section at the bottom of the page called All Giveaways (screenshot attached).

How can I get rid of this?

It's the main content section of this page, if you don't want to show this section, you can clone the layout you're using and remove the mainbody section:
