First time setup help required

Not sue what I missing. I have the jomssocial toolbar at the front page. The is also jomSocial menu item in main menu which I wanto to display in front page when page is dsplayed at start inseat of just login of the menu only.

It looks like you're using Cassiopeia template, if you want to show a menu on top, you can create a Menu module and assign this module to `menu' position of Cassiopeia template.

Something like this will display:

I am not sure what module type I need to use for the module for it to work. I used JS tool bar, It's giving me the same thing in tool bar position as the front page. I am attaching available module types as reference.

Hi,
Thank you for your reply. Right now we have to select JomSocial in the menu to show JomSocial. The menu Should be like what you are showing me, The page should start with JomSocial already selected, and showing home as the first item in the tool bar.

I also have download problem in the download area on your site, when I select a template, the download button doesn't become blue allowing me to download a template.

The template in my site (paraoptima.info) when I change to it from template style to be another one besides CASSIOPEIA fails, and gives a page error, not sure what is the issue.

Yes, I was able to download Socialize II and upload in my site, but when I change template default to it, it gives me page error.

JA Social II template is built with T3 framework, you need to download T3 System Plugin : https://www.joomlart.com/member/downloads/joomlart/t3-framework/t3-blank + install into your site and publish it.

Then switch JA Social II to default template of your site.

Thank you. I installed the T3 system plugin. And the Socialize II template now works fine. I am learning it's positions. Someone seems check out the menu module, so I couldn't edit it further. I leave it, for you to put jomsocial and it's menu in the front page. Thank you.

We don't have Socialize II template, just Socialize or JA Social II template
