How to add more genders to the gender list?

Our site requires more genders and we have a HUGE list of them, I wonder how that can be added to the site? Thanks

JomSocial has been developed long time ago when there are only 2 genders only. This field is used in various parts in core of JomSocial so implementing new genders will take time, our team has plan for it already.

At this moment, pls use custom profile fields in Backend >> Components >> JomSocial >> Profiles >> customize profiles

Will have to try and figure out how to do it. Orientations and relationship status might also be good 🙂

There are still only two genders. I hope any changes Jomsocial make will not be forced upon those of us who haven't been taken in by this new ideology.
Please make the changes optional.
