Not sure how you want to change the style of Purity IV template. Basically, go to Administrator panel >> System >> Site Template styles >> you will see all template styles of JA Purity IV template there.
Just open 1 style and you can change all settings inside: global style / navigation / layout settings / Menu assignment / ....
