Error when site is set to "offline" in configuration

Hello,
using Joomla 5 Quickstart on PHP 8.2 (also testet on 8.1)
The homepage leads to Error 0 when the site is "offline" in the global configuration.

ERROR:
0
Call to undefined method Joomla\Registry\Factory::getApplication()

This fix resolved my recent 'Offline - Error 0 Call to undefined method Joomla\Registry\Factory::getApplication()' problem. I applied the fix you provided on November 7th, 2023. Why hasn't this update been applied to the latest build for JA-Vitality?

I've been a Joomlart member for years, but keeping up with Joomlart templates updates has become challenging. Shouldn't offline updates be regularly tested by Joomlart's R&D to ensure future user issues are minimized?"
