ACM Module - Features Intro Style 4 - Numbering stops at 09

Hello,
I have updated to the latest T4 plugin and JA Alpha 2.0.7.

On the home page I am using the ACM module configured as "Features Intro - Style 4" and have 10 content items.

The items are numbered correctly from 01 to 09 and then nothing appears for item 10. I noticed that a div that contains the numbering does not have any content for that item.

For reference, the homepage of the live site is below, we have removed the 10th item because of the issue

I think this is a template issue, can you please check and suggest a fix?

I found another post dealing with removing those numbers:

The relevant code is:

<div class="features-num text-primary">
	<?php if($i<9) echo '0'.($i+1) ;?>
</div>

So you can see, the numbering is only dealing with less than 9, and there is no ELSE statement.

If I edit this line of code something like this, it works:

<div class="features-num text-primary">
	<?php if($i<9) {echo '0'.($i+1);} else {echo ($i+1);}?>
</div>

I'm not an expert on PHP may be this can be done better?
