Changes made to the template style are not displayed on the live website

Changes I make to the template show correctly in the viewing window on the right, but are not shown on the live website.
Have emptied the catch without it helping.
What I have done, inserted the following css in custom css, to give title white color:
.t4-masthead .ja-masthead .ja-masthead-detail .ja-masthead-title {
color: #e8e4e4;
}
Changed the background color in the footer, changed the background color in the secondary palette to #105e77
As I said it looks ok in the preview window, but does not appear in the live web page.
The website is not finished and is on a subdomain with me

Yes I see that the title is white now, but the footer background color is still the same, it look ok in the preview window in template, but still purple background color in the live site.

Are also wondering what you meant by updating the Master's title?

I have looked into Cpanel in The Error log, and it says:
PHP Warning: Attempt to read property "parent" on array in /home/atlankwg/sonomsk.atlanta.no/administrator/components/com_templates/src/Model/StyleModel.php on line 400

And line 400 in that files says: 400 || $lang->load('tpl_' . $data->parent, $client->path . '/templates/' . $data->parent);

Also reminding that this website is on a sub domain, don't know if that matters.
