Intensedebate not work

Until now I used Disqus and I have switched to intensedebate.
I have made this decision because disqus has changed its philosophy, now with disqus advertising is displayed and this has pushed me to use Intensedebate. Intensedebate does not work with my website.
I have put a Screenshot in the part dedicated to moderators. There you can see my Account Settings.

Hi carlucci,
I can not access your FTP account, I think it doesn't load Disqus UI if your site is HTTPS enabled. To make it work you will need to modify this file and replace HTTP with HTTPS
disqus/tmpl/disqus.php
Check your FTP and let me know if you still face this issue.

Intensedebase has changed their api.
Now you have to get the key and fill it to "Intensedetabase Account" on plugin config.
Kindly check.
