How do I change the page title on this JA Ego template? Keeps showing up on the browser tabs as Beauty Salon when the name should be different. I can't seem to find any settings to accomplish that.

You should go to Backend >> Menus >> find the menu item of that page >> Page Display tab and change the Browser Page Title text there.
