Some Modules Positions not Working

I am having a problem with how some of the site modules show up on the home template. The hero-1, hero-2,, section-1, section-2, and section-3 module positions work fine but modules assigned to section-4 and section-5 are not displaying. If assign the module that is currently in section-4 to section-3, it appears properly in section-3 but on resetting the module positions, 4 and 5 don't show up. I don't know at with what update this started happening .What do I need to change?

Update. The modules after section-3 are all working. The problem is the overlay image for section-3 in the template style is on top of the modules that follow section-3. I have tried all the settings in the for that overlay in the template style and can't make it go behind the modules that follow.

The overlay image for section-3 is on top of the content for section-4 and section-5.

You can try this custom css:

#t4-section-3 .bg-overlay-image {
    z-index: 1;
}

Thanks. That made the module text appear on top the image but its still not how it was when I first built the page. The module in section-4 used to look exactly like the Our Services module on the demo site. That's what I am trying to get back to.

Sorry yes Our Services section. Somehow the original CSS to make it full page width on my site isn't working now.

I'm a bit confused here as the 'Our services' section on our demo site is assigned in Section 2 - it's the Upcoming Events on your site now.

When I first set up my site the Training module looked like the demo site Our Services module (full page width. See Demo Our Services.jpg)). At some point something changed and now the Training module on my site is no longer full width (see Training Module.jpg). I didn't change any settings or CSS that I can think of
