Hi, there is an update on my site for the JA Vital template, however, when I try to update I get the following error.

Failed to extract file: download.php_element_ja_vital_version_2.1.0_type_template_coreVersion_j31

I have also tried to update using the extension manager but this won't allow me to upload the files?

Any ideas what could be wrong?

    I guess you're trying to update via default Joomla update channel.

    With our products, we recommend to use our JA Extension Manager component to update.

        fing086 I can't access JA Extension manager on your site now, it seems having issue there.

        Could you grant the super admin permissions for provided account so I can check for you?

          Hi, details are as attached to the thread, although I am remaking the site for the customer now so this site will be deleted. I will see how I go on with the new site to see if I have any similar issues as it will be on the same domain and server.
