Class "HTMLHelper" not found

When trying to edit a module in J 3.10.12 this error comes up: Class "HTMLHelper" not found.
php 8.1 is installed. All plugins updated to latest.

Can u help me out ?

saguaros I'm also having the same issues with multiple websites/templates. It happens after the recent ACM update (2.4.0). I temporarily fixed the problem by reinstalling an earlier version of the module (2.3.5)

*this post likely deserves the 'General' tag again, considering it's affecting multiple templates and likely caused by an extension.

I just tried to edit several modules in backend of your site but it worked properly there.

I just enabled Debug mode to check the issue but I can't access it now, could you share the FTP account?

saguaros I edited the 'error-reporting mode' to 'default' in the configuration.php file. It's now accessible again. Does that help?

I can access your site again and updated JA ACM module for you. The latest version has been updated to Joomla 5, but has backward compatibility with Joomla 3.

Even so, I'm not sure what you meant with Joomla 5 or 3, as the backend currently says '3.10.12' at the bottom of the screen. As for the ACM module, it currently says '2.4.0' and indicates an update is available.

Should I execute the ACM module update, or will that undo your recent changes?

This means you're using Joomla 3 🙂

You can update version 2.4.1 - actually, it also includes the same fix as I sent above.
