Hi, the mobile menu is missing on mobile devices. The Gkfit demo works fine and has the menu icon, but in the quickstart I can't see the three menu lines in mobile version of the site (responsive mobile view). Could you help me pls ? Thank you.

It due to the cache which is enabled by default in the quickstart package. I just disabled it and the menu icon is showing now.
