Permission error when using Extension Manager

Hi All,

I've installed the Extension Manager and have gone through the configurations, setting "JoomlArt Updates" as the default update service and have used the 'Edit' link to enter my JoomlArt username and password.

The Service Manager now shows JoomlArt Updates as default and the status is "online", which I assume means I'm connected to your service.

However, when I try to update any extension through the Extension Manager, I keep getting permission errors:

"Response from JoomlArt Updater Service: Your account does not have enough permission to take this action! Please contact "JoomlArt Updater Service" for more information or use another account."

I'm on the Ultimate Developer license, so not sure why my perms aren't up to scratch...

Any help would be most greatfully appreciated.

Ja Builder component and plugins cannot be upgraded from ja_extension manager ( which i tested and works fine ) but they update itself when you login to our server directly from page builder , if a new version is detected a popup will be showed asking you to update component. like your website is asking right now.

I'm still showing some extensions that are fairly out of date however, but can't seem to figure out a way to get them updated.

Any ideas? I'm still getting permission errors when trying to update through Extension Manager.

The screenie below shows the extensions that are lagging behind. I know I can't update them from here. 🙂

I cleaned your extensions cache and updates cache everything is showing correctly now please check
