Hi, this problem is once again appear!!! Problem with when you click logo, always translates you to one language specific. eg French!!

It seems that your site is still trying to load the system.css file, you can access the head block of template on your site and remove / comment the code which is calling this file as suggested here: https://www.joomlart.com/forums/d/47615-multilanguage-homepage-problem/28
and see how it goes.
P/s: I tried to log into backend of your site: /administrator but it always redirects to frontend instead of admin login screen.
