May I know which template from us are you using? You can track the update status here: https://www.joomlart.com/joomla-status/
With templates already stable with J5, you can update the latest version for template + extensions and update your site to J5.
With Planned status templates, kindly wait for the new version release before updating to J5.
In case that you're using templates which are not supported to J5, you can consider to move to another template or if you love that template and want to migrate to J5, you can hire a developer from us to migrate for you.
