Issue with Sticky Header on Mobile in Stark Template

I'm experiencing a challenge with the Stark template and seeking advice or solutions from fellow users who might have encountered a similar issue.

Problem Description:
On mobile devices, the header of my website, which contains the menu and logo, is supposed to remain sticky (i.e., stay visible) when scrolling down. However, currently, it disappears when scrolling down and only reappears when I start scrolling up again.

This behavior is inconsistent with the desired functionality where the header should remain visible during both upwards and downwards scrolling on mobile devices as on the demo website.

Previous Solutions and Attempts:

I recall solving a similar issue on another website of mine, but unfortunately, I don't remember the exact solution.
I have explored various CSS and JavaScript tweaks but haven't found a working solution.

Request for Assistance:
If anyone has encountered and resolved this issue with the Stark template, I would greatly appreciate your insights. Specifically:

Are there any known CSS/JS snippets or settings that could resolve this?
Has anyone documented a similar problem and solution that I might have overlooked?

I'm pleased to report that I've managed to resolve the problem on my own and wanted to share the solution for the benefit of the community.

Solution:
The issue was related to the pagination on the front page, which was set to a blog view. The pagination extended up to 10, and on mobile devices, it caused layout problems that affected the header's behavior as well as offcanvas. This issue was specific to the front page only.

We addressed this by modifying the code directly in the Joomla website. An alternative approach could possibly involve implementing a template-level adjustment, either to reduce the pagination number or to offer customization options for it. It's worth noting that during our troubleshooting, we encountered errors when using odd numbers for pagination. The solution required the pagination number to be an even number.

I hope this solution might be helpful to anyone facing a similar issue.
