Ja Megafilter - Article doesn't show in the list #2

Hello, i come back with a recurrent problem, as described here

I just suscribe for a renewal year to be able to update JAMEGAFILTRER Component, but I can't write in the intial forum discussion I don't know why they said i'm not a suscriber.

Anyway, as described, the new article i want to show on my list doesn't. I did the cron job, I dit empty the cache as well
This year I need too see the article ID-353

I hope you'll find a solution as my client isn't really happy with the situation, beacause each year it is supposed to work and it doesn't, what's wrong ? what happen ?

PS : there is no Ja Megafilter tag on the list !

Maybe cache from your browser? as I can see that article ID-353 now on filter page: /publications-societe-histoire/bulletins-f

P/s: I also moved to correct forum of JA Megafilter.

I just come back from holliday and i see the ID353 now, it's OK.

But, I unselect the ID502, and it still remain on the list (after i did empty joomla cache, browser cache and did the crown job)

What should i do to make the change instantly ?

i try to explain

I did some test in december and created a fake article (ID 502 - 2020, Le bulletin numéro 39)
this article still appear in the list, but actualy it is not published anymore since yesterday, so it should'nt be there anymore

So I did a new article today ID 503 - Test, whici is supposed to be added on this list, but it doesn't show

So i guess that the change are not instantly, even if I empty Joomla cache, do the cron job and empty my browser cache (and even if o check on other browser or on my phone ..)

I just saved the filter and could see that new 'TEST' item on the filter page:
/publications-societe-histoire/bulletins-f

yes it works
ok, so that mean that each time imade a modification (add or remove article), I need to go on the filter configuration and save it even if the configiration does not change ... I can do that but it should work without this no ? Normaly it is configured, it has to work without a new save each time ?

The Cron Job in JA Megafilter will help you to index automatically so you don't have to do it manually.

If it doesn't work, please try to create a new cron URL and setup in your server side again. You can reach out to your hosting provider for help to setup this cron job properly in server side.

As you can see at this moment, the filter is still working fine so if the new content is not updated on frontend of the filter, something wrong with the cron job only.
