JA Healthcare Template issues

Hello, i just installed JA Healthcare and I was looking at the template style when I saw this

Are there some files missing? why I cannot see description

Also, This looks like is under T3 Framework instead of T4. Is T3 still being updated? I thought all templates are being upgraded to T4

Hi IDesign,
Which version are you using? We have installed the template and see that the template info is showing well. Could you send me the FTP and admin account for further checking?

Also, JA Healthcare will still be under the T3 Framework and we will still update this template. If you have any issues, you can let me know. We will fix it.

We always recommend to use our free component JA Extensions manager component to update our products. Pls access Backend >> Components >> JA Extensions manager >> Service manager : /administrator/index.php?option=com_jaextmanager&view=services >> hit the Edit button and fill your JoomlArt's account there to check & update.

IDesign Please check my reply carefully again, JA Extensions manager is used to update our products only, with Joomla extensions or 3rd party extensions, you should update via Joomla update channel.

About AcyMailing component, I also replied you that you can backup your site >> uninstall the old version and install the new version that you download.

last time I was advised these are free, I went to the website download the package.. uploaded and installed and ended up with two versions of AcyMailing

I had to uninstall the whole site and reinstall fresh.

Can someone help me do this
