We will not upgrade JomSocial on your site without your permissions. Your site is using 4.7.9 version while the latest version is 4.9.1.

Please help to back up your website first then notify us once that is done. Then we will be able to proceed with the update for you.

I also have a staging server (http://staging.gameworld.gr) if this helps you do the upgrade with more safety and test stuff there.

If you can't login there with the same credentials that I gave you, then you need to tell me all your IPs that you use so that my sysadmin can give you access .

In the Admin panel I see version 4.7.9 . What is going on ?

The package I sent above is updated package for 4.9.1 version - the latest version is not 4.8.3.

And when I installed JomSocial (3 days ago), I just check again and it's showing 4.9.1 version:

What have you done over all those years so that we have spam filters and avoid spam users registering? I have a ton of spambots! What are your protection measures?
