Question about passwords

I want to open a forum topic about upgrading because I have version 4.7.9 and I just paid for JomSocial so that I can upgrade to the newest version.

All the info, like FTP username and password, are hidden from public?

Can we just talk via email for security reasons? Because I don't feel safe here.

Please send me an email for the upgrade.

Thanks for the info but when I tried to access backend of your site, I could pass the first popup login but not the admin form:

I did try several times but no luck.

Regarding to the spambot registration, JomSocial offers Recaptcha (both V2 & V3 versions), pls enable it under: Backend >> Components >> JomSocial >> Configuration > Registration , it will help much to prevent spam.

We will not upgrade JomSocial on your site without your permissions. Your site is using 4.7.9 version while the latest version is 4.9.1.

I also have a staging server (http://staging.gameworld.gr) if this helps you do the upgrade with more safety and test stuff there.

If you can't login there with the same credentials that I gave you, then you need to tell me all your IPs that you use so that my sysadmin can give you access .
