but it looks like you have caches settings enabled in your server side, could you clear all caches there first?

    The caching settings are not currently enabled on our server side. I've attempted to clear the cache in both Joomla and the browser, but unfortunately, there have been no changes in the contact form. The form label is still not displaying.

      Sure you can , but we don't have an FTP service installed on our server.

      Could you check it now? I updated the same JS file.
