Unknown extensions ...issue

Hello, I logedin this afternoon to my site and noticed this

Can someone please explain to me the steps to fix this. Im thinking might be something related to JA Extension manager and Joomla Extension Manager but not sure how to fix it

It relates to the default notifications of Joomla, not our JA Extension manager.

Anyway, I just logged into backend of your site and it looks fine:

Hello again, I still have this issue when i login in for the first time each day.

When I click in it i see this:

Then, i go back and click Home Dashboard and all looks fine.

However this happens everyday when i login for the first time.

@saguaros i wonder, when you login in might be after i have logged in for the first time for the day hence you wont see the error. What can I do?

here is today again

So i clicked on "Updates Sites Manager" and noticed the list below. as you will see some sites have the title and a link to the XML file, whereas some other ones don't have a name. The list below doesn't have a name under the "Update Site" column

Guru Search Courses
JA Masthead
JA Megafilter
ja_healthcare
JoomlArt Advanced Custom Module
Payment Processor [PayPal Pro]
T3 Framework

What are the chances of missing language files or values for these sites causing the issue. The correct way should be:
Update site: Guru Pro
XML file link: https://www.jomsocial.com/guru_update.xml

or another good working example:
Update site: JA Extension Manager
XML file link: http://update.joomlart.com/service/tracking/j16/com_jaextmanager.xml

I think these are the ones causing the issue aka bad examples:
Update site: ................. its missing
XML file link: http://update.joomlart.com/service/tracking/j16/mod_jamasthead.xml

Update site: ................. its missing
XML file link: http://update.joomlart.com/service/tracking/j31/ja_healthcare.xml

Update site: ................. its missing
XML file link: http://update.joomlart.com/service/tracking/j16/mod_ja_acm.xml

and so on and so forth .....

IDesign These are extensions' names only, I updated them for you but it's not the culprit though.
