Footer Visibility on the Mobile layout

Good evening,
I was looking at the demo (my site uses the same template JA Healthcare) and noticed that not all the modules show when accessing the site via iphone. The ones i have crossed do not appear when i access my site via my iphone. How can i choose which ones do appear on the mobile view: see below printscreen for better understanding

Additionally, i noticed something weird about my site when navigating via iphone. at the bottom of the page i noticed the joomla icon, when clicked it showed a bunch of code-related info. see photo attached

what does this means, and how can it be fixed?

You can hide/show positions in different view ports via the layout settings of template.

Go to backend template settings >> Layout tab >> Responsive layout >> Extra small layout and click the positions: footer-2 footer-3 to show them on this extra small layout:
