can i make one more section before this slideshow? the section will be containing information like my company email address, company phone number and section to change language , like this section :

I think you can add a new section above the header or slideshow on your site, something like this:
This sample topbar will load 2 positions: topbar-l and topbar-r and you simply assign module to these positions.

Could you share the correct URL to access backend of your site? I tried with /administrator but it redirects to frontpage.
