Usually adding the menu as a submenu will show up as a side menu. Is this not possible in this template? As below
My menu is configured as such

On our demo site, this template shows a menu module under the Services menu item, if you want to show multi levels for the dropdown menu, you need to disable the Builder Megamenu option

So megamenu cannot support submodules
Chi-K At this moment, it supports to show a list of menu item in dropdown only.
Or you can consider to load a menu module (3rd party extension - which supports multi-level menus) in the dropdown when using megamenu.
