Footer setup - what are these parameters?

I'm trying to work with the footer. The docs don't seem out of date as it doesn't seem to match the screens.
When I look at the footer in the template styles it shows the image attached.
What are all the parameters and what do they mean. BLOCK seems to be something you created. Are there newer docs?

richnyc30 Please ignore these params as they are implemented for the demo site only, not include in the template package. There was issue with the export of the last package and we're sorry for this confusion.
