Page Item saving error on T4 builder

Hi,

Today, after changing different things on the website I get this annoying error:
Page Item saving error.

The content seems saved, but If I go to see it online it doesn't show up.
Please help me to solve this problem

I tried to make some change for sample text on the homepage on your site but could not see that saving error.

Could you logout all of the account (JoomlArt's account in T4 Builder + admin account) then login again and check again?

Thanks for the feedback but the solution didn't work at all.
It worked once but then the same problems came back.

Are you sure this is the right solution?

Nothing to do. I've tried on different computer and on each with different browser and different users.
I've logged in, logout from T4 Builder and joomla and then log-in again... but If I open the page and try to save it I still get the following error: "Page Item saving error on T4 builder".

I really don't know what to do to solve it and right now I'm not able to do anything 🙁

Please help me.

I'VE FOUND THE PROBLEM!!!
I think it is a kind of bug and it is related to the use of emoji inside a text block.

I've added a emoji linke this "🙃" and the page stopped to work.
Once I've removed the emoji, the page started to work again.

Do you have any suggestion on how to use / add some emoji inside a text block?

Hi, I've tried to edit the block that contains

<div t4-container="" id="iw8yuo" ....

which contains:

<p id="iuk42" ...

I've tryed different emoji but without success!

Now I've another BIG and HUGE problem.
The slideshow seems not working from the editor!

As you can see here I've I select the "slide" block nothing happens on the editor to change the single image of the slideshow:

The same happens If I go trough the Layers.

I've then installed a new page... imported the same originale wedding page... and there the slideshow works fine and I can change the single image of the slidehow:

I really need some help on it I guess.
It is a fresh install of Joomla 4 and T4 Builder. Nothing more has been added or modified.

saguaros I've imported the page and started again. So It doesn't matter anymore.
If you want to look at the old page modified the page titled: "Page with problems".

I checked your site and saw that the slideshow's images are changed already:

With page item saving error, please try to change the collocation of: a table #__jae_item into utf8mb4_unicode_ci

and the column page_html into utf8mb4_unicode_ci

Please backup your site first before updating this in the database. In case that you're not familiar with working with database, you can ask your hosting provider for help.
