How do I change the entire template text font to be 20?

You will need to change in LESS file: /templates/uber/less/variables.less

Look for this declaration:

@font-size-base:          16px;

and change to 20px.

Then go to Backend >> Template styles >> Uber template >> compile LESS to CSS:

Remember to backup your site first.
