Issue with product display

Hi
im having 2 issues here and im seeking your support please.

at the homepage i have my logo and everything looks fine for now but under the slide show where i have hot product and new product, when i click on the product and it goes to product page the template changes and it shows the demo logo, please see the screenshot. how can i fix that please?
in the category layout page it only shows 3 products in each line, how can i change it to make it 4 or 5 products, please see the screen shot.

Hi dmozi313,
1/ You need to check the template style that the menu item selected and open this style to update the logo.
I have updated the logo for the template styles in your site, you can check it now.

2/ You can change the category layout page here:
Components >Virtuemart > Configuration and open the templates tabs.

i hope this message finds you well, we have changed the logo on the website and it reflects very well, but under some categories its still showing the old logo, i have checked the template for the menu item which is set to "use default" and not sure what else should i do here.
