Problem with PDF visualization in GuruPro

Hello,
i'm experiencing a problem with the PDF visualization on GuruPro. As you can see in the image most of the space is black and the pdf is visible only in a minimum part... This problem happens only on pc, not on smartphone.

Hi Nic,
as you recommended us we renewed the license but unfortunately had a lot of troubles.
The new version doesn't work (problems with the layout and we cannot open on the lessons), so we turned back to our previous version but then other problems occured.

We still need to fix the pdf layout problem, but other than that, at the moment inside the course, when trying to edit a lesson (such as change the title and save it) or creating a new lesson, it is not possible to save the changes. (While it is possible to edit the media)

This is the error:

We are not able to fix this problem, and need a qiuck help!

Have you installed the latest version of Guru yet?

If the error still occurs, you can backup your site and share with us the URL of that error page + super admin account so we can check for you.

Yes, as I explained we firstly installed the latest version but it gave us a lot of problems (the layout was messed up and on the front end you could not open any lesson or content in the courses). There were no errors in the backend, but the frontend is not usable at all by our customers.
So we decided to go back to our previous version. And the error occured.
We can upgrade to the latest version but then we need immediate help because our customers need to use the contents in the courses and we cannot stay without it.
Otherwise can you try to fix the problem on the previous version?

i've just checked the site and we are still having problems in the pdf visualization

It due to the style of 3rd party extension on your site called: Responsive Widgets plugin.

video.wf-responsive-full, object.wf-responsive-full, embed.wf-responsive-full {
    width: 100% !important;
    height: auto !important;
}

I tried to override with this custom css:

.modal-lesson-content object.wf-responsive-full {
    height: revert-layer !important;
}

but it seems that there is cache enabled on your server side.

Could you disable cache and see how it goes?
