Good morning, I updated my JA edenite II template from version 2 to 2.1.0 Currently my Google Analytics and Google Adsense code are gone, most likely a file has been overwritten. Can I know which file was overwritten? Thank you

Only core files of template will be overwritten, may I know where did you add these GA codes?
By default, you can put into the custom code section in template settings:
