Disable Sticky Menu

Ive searched and as far back as 2018 im finding topics of how to implement the sticky menu.
I just want to disable it and have the menu stay at the top ofthe page.

How do i do this?

You can add the following CSS to your site:

.t3-wrapper.affix {
    padding-top: 0;

.affix .t3-header-wrap {
    position: relative;

If u give me a filename to add it to, that's still not complete.

Add it to what filename?
What file location?
What line number within that file?

Sorry about that, I think you know the way to use the CSS code.
You can create a custom.css file in the ‎/templates/ja_mixstore/css/ folder then add the following CSS code.

@media (min-width: 992px) {
.t3-wrapper.affix {
    padding-top: 0;
} 
.affix .t3-header-wrap {
    position: relative;
}
}

So if i create a css file in the folder location and i call it "custom_menu.css"

how does the template know to call this file?

because as you can see in the iamge. i have created the file and placed it into the folder
and in the background you can see the menu is STILL a sticky menu.

again i ask for DETAILS. you gave me something generic.
Can you please for once give me the answer im looking for
