Submenu not fully visible

Good evening, I have a problem with the display of the submenus. The third level (as shown in the photo) is only partially visible. How can I solve it? Thank you

I tried many times with Chrome and Firefox and the menu still shows well. Could you provide a screen video about this issue? maybe it will help us find anything or the device, or browser that you are using.

I saw another problem on the photo you attached. on your screen the CONTATTI menu item is under the top menu. I had never noticed this problem. Now I have increased the width of the template, can you tell me if the problem is solved? Thank you

About the submenu, you can try the following CSS code into the Backend > Site template styles > gk_rockwall - Default > Advanced settings > Custom CSS:

.gkMenu > ul > li .childcontent .childcontent {
    width: 270px !important;
}

Also, the CONTATTI menu is fixed on my screen.

Thanks for the help but even entering the code doesn't seem to change anything.
In your opinion, does this display problem only appear to me due to some incorrect settings on my PC or could it also happen to many other visitors to the site?

The issue comes when you view it on a small screen.
You can add the following CSS code to improve it:

@media (min-width: 1030px) and (max-width: 1200px) {
.gkMenu > ul > li > a {
    padding: 0 14px;
    font-size: 15px;
}
}

About the submenu item, I checked and don't see this issue. I will check with other devices.
