Well it seems that you simply abandoned the case.
A new "kindly wait" response is no longer an acceptable one. Nothing have been solved after more than a month since the first report on this ticket.
Maybe you don't mind about it, but non-working websites are killing my business.
With this particular website, I can not even create new JA Page Builder pages because the system gets stucked in a "saving..." process. While with others (including some reported) the menu issues are still present when pointing to a category, and submenus do not show up on blur events (some do appear when on_click). This means that I need to check them individually and to give a work-arround solution for each customer's website. Where is the point of having your extension when it does not work properly?
I supported you since the beta tests of this extension and even suffered the lost of data when you had a fatal error some years ago. Yet, I trusted on your capacity of fixing it. Now, after a very long time waiting for the extensiont to be Joomla 4 compliant, It causes a mess in the upgraded websites (some of their URLs are being deindexed by Google because of this "Module by zero" errors).
I'm afraid that I need to look for a much more reliable and stable solution. Meanwhile, I really hope that you take care of this issues ASAP in a professional way.
