Issue with JA Atehena

Hello, I am working on this new installation and i noticed when adding a new menu link a weird and second main menu shows up vertically on top on the horizontal menu. All other menu items from main menu work fine, the problem is when i click Mock Survey

Hi IDesign,
I have checked and see that the CSS file will override when enabling the CSS & JS Optimization, I have added the following URL to the Exclude CSS Files box.
/uhcdx/plugins/system/t4/themes/base/vendors/js-offcanvas/css/js-offcanvas.css_

Thanks!! Looks like the menu issue has gone away.. however i noticed there might be a clash of CSS styles between templates css and FABRIK. Try to go to front end, click Mock Survey and then click button ADD. once you do that you will see white page.

when i make my page smaller i can see the form as shown below:

why is that?

You can add the following CSS code to Backend > site template styles > ja athena - default > Tools > Custom CSS:

    z-index: 2;
}
