Hi,
Frontend editing Intro Image gives an Internal Server Error (see attachmentent) and following javascript error:
Uncaught TypeError: window.bootstrap.Modal.getInstance is not a function
at JoomlaFieldMedia.connectedCallback (joomla-field-media.min.js?0a0efb6b8dbc0679d42edf549a46d3d5f4d22ef1:4:3220)
at joomla-field-media.min.js?0a0efb6b8dbc0679d42edf549a46d3d5f4d22ef1:4:8331

Cassiopeia works fine and all extensions are up-to-date. Frontend login with domain/login

What can cause this error? A loading or javascript conflict?

Thanks,
Martijn

    Hi,
Just to narrow things down editing a page with an older template JA Resume and T3 Framework assigned works fine. Not sure if the T4 javascript library might conflict in this case somehow.

    Thanks

marty-harty Maybe due to the Bootstrap version, could I take a backup of your site and debug in my local environment?

        saguaros

Sure. Is that possible with the Akeeba component download? Or do you want me to share the file somehow? Compared a full joomla package with some of the files; no differences at first glance. I read the sequence of loading jquery and bootstrap is vital, but seems good to me.

        Thanks

marty-harty Could you share the login info of the site you're using JA Spa? as I can't replicate the same issue at my local site.

It is the same issue as stated above. Frontend image uploading works, but selecting gives an internal server error and broken preview links. When template Cassiopeia is selected all works fine.

It must be something with T4 and the loading of Bootstrap. It is not a new problem, but it is a basic feature of Joomla:

          Thanks

You can open this file: ROOT/templates/ja_spa/templateDetails.xml

          Add this line of code:

          <bootstrap>bs5</bootstrap>

          inside the <t4> tag:

You can apply the same for other templates with the same JS error.
