How to change the M logo in this background?

I noticed its hardcoded in the template.css. How may I override it in a custom css

Do you mean the SVG background image, right?

You can override with this custom css:

.acm-features.style-5 .features-image .features-item-wrap .features-item .bg-decor {
    mask-image: url(../images/ft-decor-2.svg) !important;
}

The image locates in: /templates/ja_alpha/images/ft-decor-2.svg
