Plugin Ajax JA Content Type not downloadable

I have Plugin Ajax JA Content Type on my site that needs updating to 1.2.1
I have setup JA Extension manager correctly.

However, when I try and download 'Plugin Ajax JA Content Type' from the website to update it,
I am told that my subscription has expired and I need to renew.
My current renewed subscription ends in December 2024?

Currently your account has JA PRO membership which gives you access to JA templates.

Please note that JA PRO doesn't give access to all extensions, so this means you won't be able to download the extensions directly from JAEC section.
However you should be able to download all JA templates & the complimentary extensions that come with the templates no problem.
For example JA Content Typ plugin is available at JA JA Vogue download page so you can download it from there.
