Ja Joomla page builder asking for update

I just installed JA BUILDER for testing purposes, but I don´t know why is asking for update.

Any clue?

BTW: I really enjoyed JA BUILDER in the past. It is an easy-to-use tool with a lot of potential.

Now, this morning I updated my website from J3 to J4 and JA Builder is having me a little issue.
If I want to edit an specific page(Private email hosting) the content is blank, but is not happening in the rest of the pages.

I just updated the access credentials.
