Site pages are accessible via incorrect URLs

Hello. For some reason, Google found incorrect urls, when I first set up authorship, apparently I did something wrong. Then I configured everything correctly, but pages with incorrect addresses still work and do not give a 404 error.
Tell me how to fix this?
