site transfer to new template

Hi, I am using the JA Mason template for my company website.
Now my boss want to change to JA Techzone template.
Is there a better way to change to template,(the product articles are a lot)
or I just have to rebuild it on localhost then upload to site.

and modules / plugins, then install into your existing site.
