Problems with email address signups and basic user functionality

I purchased Guro a couple weeks ago, setup a simple course for testing, and am already frustrated with the following:

It cannot recognize users with vanity email addresses, for example, user@domain.designs or user@domain.center. It says that the email is not valid.
If you are importing existing users from Joomla, there is no bulk import. If you are importing one user at a time, you have to re-input the first and last names.
No Translation management ( in my line of work we dont have students we have Cohorts or Participants and Trainers not Teachers) i dont see a way to change that.
You cannot assign projects to students if you want a student to get a makeup score as extra credit. Projects must be inside a course, and these are just a few of the longer lists I have.

I am starting to regret this purchase

Thanks for your purchase, below are my answers for your questions:

1/ We tried with these email addresses at our dev site but there is no issue like that, could you share the login info of your site so we can replicate this issue?

2/ I don't see this import feature now, could you clarify in more details?

3/ As other Joomla components, Guru has its language files for administrator and frontend, you can override them in Language Overrides of Joomla.

4/ That student can re-upload his project for that course to get that makeup score.
