is the ja-candidate template full installation.
nothing is changed. it is the original version.

What should I do?

You are wrong. It is the custom module from jooma in which the code is from here: https://it-networks.de/dev-blog/tutorial-joomla-5-dark-mode-switcher-modul-erstellen-backend#dark-mode-switcher -erstellen to make the change to white.

Solution:
Change database charset and collation

ALTER DATABASE
database_name
CHARACTER SET = utf8mb4
COLLATE = utf8mb4_unicode_ci;
change specific table's charset and collation

ALTER TABLE
table_name
CONVERT TO CHARACTER SET utf8mb4
COLLATE utf8mb4_unicode_ci;
